Within a Service Request a Query Control can be used to show a list of AD Users or groups for the end user to choose from.
To limit this list to just AD users that are currently within a certain OU use the Active Directory User class and set the Criteria for the “Organizational Unit” property to Contains “<Name, or part thereof, OU name>”
